To swith light on in sewers, have to get bottle of oil (in sewers), combine with teddy bear and apply on swith. The rope can be found by using your knife to break the wall in sewers (just walk through the sewers and put your cursor on the wall, when you hear the detective talking about wall being old, you can break it; and will get a 'cave' with a hanged skeleton head. take the rope. The touch can be used for the bars in the sewers. That's where i am now so don't know more for more.
